Yamel Huaman is a B.Sc. in Accountancy from the Technological Institute, Nuñoa, Peru. His main interests are helping communities, particulary on providing consultancy to local communities to improve their economic independence and generate value to their production processes.

He runs the Huaman Quispe Sustainable Farm project, which empowers local communities on preserving their knowledge, traditions, cultural ceremonies, and more.
